Privacy Policy
Effective July 27, 2026 · superwired.co, operated by superwired
The short version
superwired collects the minimum personal information needed to answer your note, book your call, or send you the newsletter you asked for. Nothing gets sold, rented, or used for advertising. Ever.
What gets collected, and where
The contact form. Your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message — delivered to my inbox so I can reply.
The clarity call. Booking runs on Calendly. When you schedule, Calendly collects your name, email, and your answers to the booking questions, and shares them with me so I can prepare for the conversation. Calendly’s own privacy policy also applies to that process.
The email list. If you sign up for updates, your email address is stored with our email service provider and used only to send you what you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works immediately.
Site analytics. Like most websites, superwired.co gathers aggregate usage data — pages visited, rough location, device type — through our analytics provider (Metricool) and standard server logs at our hosting provider (Hostinger). This is measured in patterns, not people.
How it’s used
To reply to you, to hold the call you booked, to send the newsletter you requested, and to understand which parts of the site are useful so it can be improved. That’s the complete list.
Who else touches it
Only the service providers that make the site work: web hosting (Hostinger), scheduling (Calendly), analytics (Metricool), and email delivery. Each processes your information solely to provide its service. No personal data is sold or shared for marketing by anyone in that chain on our behalf.
Cookies
The site uses functional cookies (mainly for page caching and performance) and analytics cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working.
How long it’s kept
Only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for. Email subscriptions last until you unsubscribe. Correspondence is kept as long as our conversation is live, then archived or deleted.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — just send a note through the contact form and it will be handled personally.
Children
This site is for business leaders and isn’t directed at children under 16; we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated effective date.
